While Suzuki Motorcycles India Pvt Ltd is yet to announce the official launch date, we believe the upcoming 250cc Suzuki bike will be here by November 2017. The new bike made its public debut in October last year. Once launched in India, the new GSX 250R will rival the likes of Yamaha R3 and KTM RC 390. Rumours abound that the upcoming GSX 250R could launch with the Gixxer nameplate.

The Suzuki GSX 250R features a twin-cylinder 248 cc engine that is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. This engine outputs a max. power of 25 PS. ABS is an optional extra. The bike gets disc brakes at both the ends. Basically, the engine for this bikes comes from the Inazuma and has been re-tuned for application in the new GSX 250R.
