JSW MG Motor India has reported that nearly 47.2% of its total EV sales in 2024 came from South India. According to VAHAN data, the company sold 22,646 electric vehicles across the country. Out of these, as many as 10,698 units were delivered in the southern states.
MG Electric Cars Most Popular in Karnataka Among All South Indian States
Among the said states, Karnataka led the sales, followed by Telangana and Kerala. This reflects the growing demand for electric mobility in the region. MG’s diverse EV portfolio, which includes the Windsor, Comet, and ZS EV, has helped the carmaker establish a foothold in the Indian market.
