It looks like the days of misery for Skoda Kushaq owners are not over as a new error arises.
A new error has been reported by a Skoda Kushaq owner. Kushaq is a mid-size SUV that rivals the likes of Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos in our market. It was supposed to revive the depleting sales of the Czech carmaker in India. And it did manage to do that and Skoda experienced unprecedented sales after the arrival of Kushaq and Slavia sedan. However, the elation was short-lived because the entire success was overshadowed by the EPC error for months. Now, yet another error has been reported by an owner.

Skoda Kushaq New Error
This post was shared by a Kushaq owner, Anuj Kaushik on the Owners’ Club page on Facebook. He mentions that the SUV broke down in the middle of the travel within the city. It is the 1.5-litre automatic variant. The error reads, “Trans. Can cont. driving in D only until eng. off.” This is quite weird and he took the car to the service centre immediately. But to everyone’s surprise, the workers at the service centre are unaware of this error. The owner informs that his SUV has been sitting in the workshop for 24 hours and no one knows how to resolve it.

This is one aspect that Skoda needs to work on. It can come to pass that there are some issues with the electronics or components. However, the service centre staff should be competent enough to fix it. That is what the other Kushaq owners have also been mentioning in the comment to this post. Despite getting the fuel pump replaced, many owner are still getting the EPC error. Hence, the unavailability of a reliable and proper solution is what needs to be remedied.
