ล koda Auto India has announced a limited-period price cut for the Kushaq and Slavia. With this, the carmaker’s MQB-A0-IN-based offerings have become a tad more accessible, thereby offering a better value proposition.
Revised Variant Nomenclature for Skoda Kushaq and Slavia
The two entry-level models in Skoda Auto India’s lineup have so far been available in three trims, namely Active, Ambition and Style. These have now become Classic, Signature, and Prestige, respectively. Other than these regular trims, the Kushaq is even available in special Onyx and Monte Carlo versions. The revised pricing is applicable across the lineup. The engine variants, which include the 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI motors, stays the same.
Speaking on the enhancement, Petr Janeba, Brand Director, ล koda Auto India, said: “We have been in India for nearly a quarter of a century, and our commitment to this market is absolute. We have always been looking at offering more in product and affiliated actions. Since the announcement of our all-new compact SUV planned for 2025, we have maintained that with this new car, we are targeting new markets, younger customers and more accessibility to the brand. While the new compact SUV will open new markets for us, we have achieved some efficiencies in the Kushaq and the Slavia, which has enabled us to enhance the value in our offerings and pass on the benefits to our customers and fans.”
Limited-Time Price Offers
Basis the variant of choice, buyers of the Skoda Kushaq and Slavia can benefit by up to 10 percent of the car’s price. The highest benefit is on offer on the Kushaq Monte Carlo, which is now available at an attractive price point. Even the entry-level versions of the MQB-A0-IN-based duo have become more accessible. It’s noteworthy that the drop in the ex-showroom prices even results into the lowering of on-road costs due to lower insurance and registration fees. Moreover, buyers of these vehicles can even benefit from exchange and corporate bonus options along with special finance schemes and insurance offers.

With this, the Skoda Kushaq has become the most affordable automatic car of its segment. With prices of the Onyx 1.0 AT variant starting at Rs 13.49 lakh (ex-showroom), it’s among the most VFM options in its class. The Kushaq and Slavia have been the most important pillars of the Czech carmaker’s Indian subsidiary. The duo has helped the carmaker establish a firmer foothold on Indian soil. It may be noted that the Kushaq was the first MQB-A0-IN-based product launched under VW Group’s India 2.0 strategy. Meanwhile, the Slavia, which was launched at a later stage, shares its platform and powertrains with the C-SUV sibling.
“ล koda Auto India is ramping up the network and personnel to get ready for high volume increase with the upcoming launch of the Compact SUV. Our dealers need to be motivated and profitable, with highly trained and experienced sales consultants. And that’s why we have launched the best-ever value proposition on the Kushaq, all across the country, supported with tailor-made, unique customer offers in line with customers’ needs and preferences,” added Mr. Janeba.
