In a hilarious but concerning occurrence, a high-level executive from the Indian auto industry took to LinkedIn to tell Bhavish Aggarwal about the issues the former’s brother is facing with his Ola electric scooter. Social media is a common place for everyone to share their opinions and reach the masses. Bhavish has always been quite active there. However, that also means there is a possibility of people approaching prominent personalities to strike up a conversation or register a complaint. Let us take a look at the details of this case here.

Bhavish Aggarwal Receives Complaint of Ola Scooter
This post comes from LinkedIn. Bhavish wrote, “ICE vehicles will keep getting costlier to buy and use whereas EVs will keep getting cheaper to buy and use! Here’s the common sense logic: ICE vehicles are inflationary – rising emissions compliance costs with every gen of BS, EU standards. ICE fuel is inflationary. Petrol costs rise every year. EVs are deflationary. Battery costs keep coming down. EV fuel – electricity, is deflationary – cost of renewable power keeps reducing. This story ends only one way – with #EndICEAge. Sooner or later!”

Author’s Note
This incident is yet another case of below-par customer experience some owners are having with Ola electric scooters. Unfortunately, we have reported many such cases in the past. The build quality and frequent issues with the electrical and electronics of Ola scooters have received a lot of flak from customers and critics alike. However, we’re happy that at least in this case, the issues are being looked after. We can only hope that Ola fixes the issues faced by all its customers, and even work on ensuring that its EVs are reliable.
