Skoda Auto India has come up with an all-new uniform showroom experience with revamped aesthetics and immersive and interactive technologies to enhance the car buying experience. While the Slavia and the Kushaq continue to be the heroes of the carmaker’s India 2.0 strategy, the new development is in line with the carmaker’s effort to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.

Revamped Skoda Auto India Dealerships
All the Skoda showrooms will now feature a touchscreen digital car information stand placed alongside every car on display. This will replace the specification sheet that’s printed on a paper and placed besides the vehicle. Apart from showing the specs of the vehicle, the digital unit even shows features and variants. It even offers a comparison feature along with other engaging content.

Even the customer lounge will now have a 139.7 centimeters touchscreen Interactive Table. It allows the customers to virtually interact with the car through 360-degree interior and exterior views. The Interactive Table provides data on available cars, their variants and even their colour options. The revamped Skoda India showrooms now follow the theme of Warm Concept. Instead of having bland, white walls, there is a rich wooden finish with nature graphics, works of modern art and pictures from the Czech Republic. The Heritage Walls show the pedigree of Skoda Auto. Additionally, there is a video wall that has a giant screen to set and alter the ambiance of the dealership.

The iConsultant App helps customers view all the available Skoda cars in all the available colour options through many videos and feature modules. Each showroom even features two hlight cars. In some of the showrooms, they will be parked on a wooden floor to further enhance the sense of luxury. In some showrooms, these vehicles will be parked on road graphics.
