Rebecca Lim has been spotted with a bunch of Mercedes products as she represents what being the brand ambassador of such a prestigious carmaker means to her. For the uninitiated, Rebecca is a Singaporean actress who won the Best Supporting Actress award and 10 consecutive Top 10 Most Popular Female Artists in the local Star Awards ceremony from 2012 to 2022. She has been a proud owner of products like the Mercedes-AMG CLA 35. Here is what she has to say about the brand.

Rebecca Lin and Her Story with Mercedes
In an interview, she opened up about her journey with the brand over the last few years. She was recently spotted with the Mercedes-AMG CLA 35 before travelling to the Paris Fashion Week. She has been involved with the brand for a long time. In the interview, she seems quite impressed by the sexy styling of the vehicle, not only on the outside but inside the cabin too. Moreover, she has dreamt of owning a luxury car for years which came true when she was made the brand ambassador of Mercedes in Singapore.
Talking about the features she loves the most about the CLA, she mentions the Collision Prevention Assist where the system detects an obstacle in front of the car and even applies brakes automatically if the driver fails to respond quickly enough. Because of this feature, she feels safe in the Merc. Finally, she clarifies that she is not a fan of aftermarket stickers or modifications on cars. She likes the way it came from the factory, which is already classy and premium. Apart from the CLA, she highlights that she like the A-Class trims.

She has the 2019 version of the Mercedes-AMG CLA that used to come powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo 4-cylinder engine producing a cool 302 hp and 400 Nm of peak power and torque. The power is supplied to all four wheels via a sporty 7-speed DCT (Dual-Clutch Transmission) gearbox. The acceleration time from 0-100 km/h is just 4.9 secs and the top speed is limited to 250 km/h.
