Tata Yodha is a workhorse loved by people in many parts of the world particularly in South East Asia
In this latest post, we have a rather unique iteration of the popular Tata Yodha. This comes from somewhere in Thailand. Tata Motors exports a lot of vehicles in its portfolio to many parts of the world. While this is not all that common for Tata passenger cars, the commercial products from Tata Motors are world-renowned. In fact, many Tata trucks are revered in international markets. The Yodha is a mini truck which a lot of people use to use are a luggage carrier or a regular pickup truck for personal use. This trend is extremely famous in South East Asia and other parts of the world including North America, Australia and South Africa.
Sickest Tata Yodha Ever
The details of this post emerge from boxza_diesel on Instagram. The pickup truck is seen at a fuel-filling station. However, what is different about this vehicle is that the rear section contains three fans which might be a part of some sort of air conditioning or other appliance. To be honest, it is not clear. It could even be something mechanical. As the camera moves to the sides, we are able to witness the bagged design theme with chunky wheel arches and broad claddings. The ride height of the pickup truck has been lowered significantly. That is totally opposite of what pickup trucks are supposed to be.
While I thought the surprise was over, I was amazed to encounter the front section of the pickup truck. The bonnet has been removed and the engine components are exposed to the elements. Interestingly, it looks like the owner has tweaked the powertrain as we are able to witness a redesigned turbocharger and new engine materials. It is unclear what the exact specifications of this Tata Yodha are. In any case, this has to be the most heavily customized iteration of the Yodha we have come across which is functional.
My View
I keep exploring incredible instances of car modifications on a daily basis. Most of these are from outside India since most car customizations are banned here. But many nations have a great car modification culture. That results in some exciting iterations of regular cars. This is a perfect example of that trend. I shall keep bringing more such cases for our readers in times to come. Also, I hope that car tuning culture gains prominence and legality in India too.
