Shahrukh Khan recently bought a Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge after claiming that he doesn’t own any luxury car. Now, that might be a hard pill to swallow, but you must know that the sense of humour of King Khan is exquisite. He has been the brand ambassador of the Hyundai Motor Group India for a long time now. At the Auto Expo 2023 in the first month of this year, Shahrukh Khan was present at the show to launch the Hyundai IONIQ 5 luxury EV.

Shahrukh Khan Buys Rolls Royce
During the time of the IONIQ 5 launch ceremony, SRK was greeting his fans. He has been associated with Hyundai since the time of Santro. That was the first offering from the Korean carmaker in our market and the IONIQ 5 is the latest. SRK has been with the brand for all this while which shows the sanctity of the bond they share. Apart from that, SRK is considered to be extremely witty and humorous which is evident in his many interviews.

Harnessing that skill, he replied to a user on the internet who asked him, “Which is your favourite car in your lineup? The car which you would never sell?” To this, the iconic actor replied, “Actually I don’t have any cool cars….except Hyundai of course. All social media articles about luxury cars i allegedly have are bogus.” This was, of course, meant as sarcasm because he is always promoting Hyundai. In fact, he has Santro and Creta in his garage which was given to him by the brand. We don’t know if he owns them or not.

SRK Buys Rolls Royce Cullinan
Talking about his latest purchase, he got his hands on the super-exclusive Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge. Black Badge in a special edition of the already popular Cullinan. Rolls Royce offers the Black Badge variants with its various models to offer a unique experience to the owners. The Cullinan comes powered by a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that generates a colossal 563 hp and 850 Nm of peak power and torque. The automatic transmission propels the luxury SUV from 0-100 km/h in just 6.7 secs. It has a price tag of a whopping Rs 8.20 Crore, ex-showroom.
