Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 deliveries have finally commenced. The bike was launched back in November 2018, demanding a 3 month waiting period.
The deliveries of Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 in Baker Express colour option have commenced. Soon, the first batch of deliveries of other variants are also going to begin.
Baker Express colour option is a dual-tone white-red theme with golden pinstripes on the fuel tank. The fenders, some engine parts, the rims and spoke wheels are covered in black colour. The engine and dual-exhausts are still chrome detailed.
Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is available in six colour options – Mark Three, Orange Crush, Silver Spectre, Ravishing Red, Glitter and Dust (Chrome) and Baker Express. Based on our dealership sources, Orange dust is the most popular option.

The first batch of deliveries of the 650 Twins were for the display units and test rides. The second batch of deliveries is expected to commence by the March 2019.
Currently, the waiting period for the RE 650 Twins has gone up to 6 months. At the time of the launch itself, the waiting period was up to 3 months. And again, Royal Enfield workers are observing protests.
The main reason for the delay in the deliveries is because of increased export demand. The production speed will soon be doubled up to 4500-5000 units per month, from 2500 units.
