Royal Enfield is all set to launch multiple 460cc bikes in the Indian market. Several details of the RE Himalayan 450 and Roadster have surfaced online.
Royal Enfield plans to bring new motorcycles with three different engine options – 350cc, 450cc, and 650cc. The new Bullet 350 will be based on the Classic 350. Meanwhile, the company even plans to launch two new bikes based on the 450cc engine platform in the next two years. It will even launch three new 650cc motorcycles in 2023-24. New Royal Enfield 450cc Roadster Specs
The Royal Enfield 450cc Roadster has also been spotted during the testing phase. It will be based on the new Himalayan 450 and share the same engine. The all-new liquid-cooled engine will be coupled to an all-new chassis. It will have fork gaiters at the front and a mono-shock rear suspension unit. Additional features will include disc brakes along with dual-channel ABS and cast alloy rims with CEAT tires.

In terms of design, the new roadster gets a swooping round tank, a large single-piece seat, an LED lighting system, and Himalayan 450-like turn indicators. It features an upright riding position for the rider and slightly rear-set footpegs. The exhaust system is taken from the Hunter 350.

New Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Specs
The new-generation Himalayan 450 has already been spotted on Indian roads. It features a LED headlight, a new 21-inch wire-spoke wheel, and a newly styled switchgear. The new bike will get a new instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation.
The New RE Himalayan 450 will be powered by a new 450cc liquid-cooled engine with a four-valve setup. It will offer 35bhp and 40Nm of torque. For transmission, the bike will get a 6-speed gearbox. The new motorcycle will be based on an all-new platform. It will come with Showa USD front forks and a mono-shock unit at the rear. Additional features include front and rear disc brakes along with the dual-channel switchable ABS (anti-lock braking system).
