It captures a unique visual where the engineering department of a real estate firm was handed the task of transporting a $350,000 Rolls Royce Ghost to the 44th floor of a penthouse of a Chinese millionaire. They planned the entire project carefully and designed a special cage to contain the luxury sedan. With utmost care, it was lifted up using a crane to the 44th floor. The rest of the team was present there to receive the vehicle and check if everything was in order. The company said, “It took a lot of calculations and experiments to tow it up before we started to do this.”

The luxury sedan weighs over 2.5 tons. Interestingly, the owner of the luxury vehicle test drove his car once reached his penthouse. Since it lands on the balcony, the visuals showcase the man getting into the car and driving it just for a few metres to ensure that everything works perfectly. This incident comes just a month after an Australian tycoon did the same activity to carry his $2 million McLaren to his penthouse apartment located on the 57th floor. Apparently, such activities are rather common in the higher echelons of society.
