Renault is a well known global brand and in India it has not showed its potential yet when it comes to performing solo, but it has made its mark in collaboration with Mahindra and Mahindra with a car like Logan. So when would a brand like Renault will show its potential in India and will give the other car manufacturers a run for their money? Well that time might come soon and for that, a little sneak peak by this brand has already been showcased, displaying many cars at the Auto Expo 2010 held in New Delhi in January 2010.
All the cars which were displayed at the Auto Expo were electrically motored namely- Renault Megane, Renault Megane V6 trophy car, Renault twizzy, Renault Koleos, Renault Laguna, Renault Logan, Renault F1 car. To make the Renault’s pavilion the centre of attraction at the 2010 Auto Expo, this brand also displayed the Renault F1 car and the Renault Megane V6 trophy car which were quite popular among the visitors. Renault also showcased its Hybrid concept car The Twizzy which proved to be the showstopper at the pavillion. Out of all these cars Renault intends to sell two cars specially in India – Laguna SUV and Koleos Coupe.
