Renault has yet again come up with a very interesting Duster concept. Unveiled at the 2016 Sao Paulo Auto Show in Brazil, the new Renault Duster Extreme Concept is based on the Duster AWD model. The latest concept also goes on reaffirm our belief that the French automaker is far from giving up on the Duster. The Duster Extreme Concept showcases the off-road prowess of the Duster AWD. The Extreme concept comes with several add-ons that help enhance the all terrain capabilities of the popular small SUV.

Powering the Renault Duster Extreme is a 2.0-litre petrol-ethanol engine that offers a max. power of 143 BHP at 5,750 rpm a peak torque of 20.2 kgf-m at 4,000 rpm when run on petrol. It delivers 148 hp at 5,750 rpm and 20.9 kgf-m at 4,000 rpm when run on ethanol. The engine comes mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. It’s not known if this hardware has further been enhanced for this one-off. However, the Duster Extreme sports many new accessories to distinguishes itself from the regular models.
