Digital artists often come up with a more desirable iteration of a regular automobile and this Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is a prime example of that. Pulsar is a household name in India. Bajaj offers some variant of the Pulsar in every major segment. Hence, people have immense options to buy a Pulsar depending on their budgets and needs. Recently, the Pulsar NS400Z was launched making it the first 400cc version to wear the Pulsar moniker. The response has been decent. For now, let us take a look at the details of this virtual rendition.
Remodelled Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z
The images stem from abin_designs_511 on Instagram. These capture the unique essence of the large motorcycle. In these images, only the side profile is visible. It gets a sleek front end and semi-fairing on the side, much like the regular model. Also, there are NS body graphics. The artist has developed it in three different colour themes – Black, Red and Grey. In the other version, the red is replaced with blue. The side profile confirms that it gets a more premium swingarm, more sturdy side body panels, a much sleeker tail section and large alloy wheels.
I also like the engine casing which looks bigger than the stock model. There is also a bigger underbelly protector. Interestingly, the tyre hugger has been given a miss. Apart from that, the other components remain identical to the stock Pulsar NS400Z. I appreciate the subtle design changes to this virtual illustration rather than going for a complete overhaul. That is often the case with most artists. They easily go overboard with their implementation in a bid to make the concept look unlike the regular model. But I feel such minor alterations could accentuate the overall appearance of the bike a lot.
