As is the case with every Maybach model, it is more powerful than the standard Mercedes trims. The Maybach S500 comes powered by a 4,663-cc turbocharged V8 petrol engine that generates 453 hp and 700 Nm of peak power and torque. There is a sporty 9-speed automatic transmission mated to this powertrain. This model has been discontinued in our market. Prior to that, the prices were around a whopping Rs 2 Crore, ex-showroom.
