On this occasion, the paparazzi got hold of Rakhi Sawant in the middle of a Mumbai road. She was hanging out of the sunroof of a premium luxury car. The video captures a police officer in his patrolling car lecturing the celebrity on safety precautions. Hanging out of the sunroof of a car is unsafe and illegal in India.

The cameramen are following her on the streets. She is making conversation with them in addition to posing for a lot of photographs. There are numerous concerns associated with engaging in such activities while on the road. Firstly, it is prohibited by the Motor Vehicle laws to protrude from the sunroof of a moving vehicle. This action hampers the visibility of other drivers on the road, potentially leading to accidents. Furthermore, in the event of sudden braking by the driver, the individual leaning out of the sunroof could sustain severe injuries. Numerous incidents of such nature have been reported in the past. We urge our readers to never get involved in such scenarios.
