Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is constantly travelling across India as part of his ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’. Recently, he visited Ladakh, where he met locals and army veterans. While previously, the young politician walked across the country, this time he chose to travel on a motorcycle. Just like many biking enthusiasts, he took a road trip to Ladakh. His choice of ride was the popular KTM 390 Adventure (Standard variant). Several pictures of this trip have become viral on social media. Let’s take a close look.

Rahul Gandhi Using Priyanka Gandhi’s son’s Modified KTM 390 Adventure
As you can see in the above video, Rahul Gandhi travelled in a convoy of motorcyclists. He was also accompanied by security personnel in other vehicles. The journey to Pangong Lake includes rugged terrains along with well-paved roads. The whole region is filled with beautiful scenery and picturesque landscapes. He interacted with local residents and Ladakh authorities along the way. The KTM 390 Adventure used by Mr Rahul Gandhi is said to be registered under the name of Miraya Vadra (son of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra).
Rahul Gandhi’s KTM 390 Adventure features several modifications. This includes the addition of custom footpegs and off-road knobby tires. He can also be seen with appropriate safety gear like Klim S4 Baja riding gloves, a Klim Marrakesh riding jacket, and a Shoei off-road helmet with Leatt off-road goggles. You can also spot Forma Adventure riding boots, knee guards, and Leatt Moto riding pants. In past, Rahul Gandhi has revealed that owns a KTM 390 motorcycle which he doesn’t get to ride on public roads often.

KTM 390 Adventure Specs
The KTM 390 Adventure is one of the most popular adventure bikes in India. It comes with a starting price of Rs 3,39,250. You can choose from three variants – X, Standard, and SW. The popular off-roader is powered by a 373cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that offers 43bhp of power and 37Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Additional features include dual-channel ABS, Supermoto Mode, LED headlamps, split seats, alloy wheels, and a colour TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connection.
