The Pininfarina Battista is an all-electric hypercar which delivers an equivalent of 1900BHP and offers a range of 450km on a single charge.
Automobili Pininfarina revealed its first ever electric hypercar at the 2019 Geneva Motor show. To be called as the Battista, it is the sole car with Pininfarina badging. A total of three models of the Pininfarina Battista are on display at the automaker’s pavilion at the said event. When this car goes on sale in 2020, it is going to stand as the most powerful car ever designed and built in Italy.
The Pininfarina Battista is faster than a current Formula 1 car. Its electric motors are capable to churn out an equivalent of 1900 BHP along with 2,300 Nm of peak torque. This electric hypercar can achieve a 0-100 km/h speed in just 2.0 seconds. While the 0-300 km/h comes in just 12 seconds. The Battista can clock a top speed of 350 km/h.

The Pininfarina Battista is an all-wheel-drive car which offers torque vectoring function. It is available in a total of five different driving modes. It comes with carbon-ceramic brakes. The front brake disk is 390 mm while the one on the rear is also a 390 mm one. This electric hypercar rides on 21-inch rims which are wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tyres.
The structure of the Pininfarina Battista is a full carbon-fibre construction. All the body panels of this electric hypercar are also made of the same material. Hence, giving its a low kerb weight. It comes with the full aluminium crash structure at the front as well as the rear.

The battery pack in the Battista has been supplied by Rimac. It is a T-Shaped unit and sits and sits low in the floor in the central tunnel and behind the seats. The unit is a 120 KW assembly and supports DC fast charging. Just to jog your memory, Pininfarina is owned by Mahindra and Mahindra which in turn makes the Battista, the fastest and most powerful electric hypercar by the Indian automobile manufacturer.
