In a touching display of appreciation, the CEO of a Panchkula-based pharmaceutical company delights his employees this Diwali by presenting them with new Tata Punch cars. A viral video captures the CEO, one Mr Bhatia, personally handing over the car keys to 12 employees. The gift is in acknowledgement of their dedication and hard work. He admiringly refers to these employees as his ‘celebrities.’

Tata Punch gifted to 12 Employees
A video highlights an elated employee next to a brand new Tata Punch at the showroom. He conveys to the media that these employees have been loyal to the company and play a substantial role in its progress. In a separate video, Mr. Bhatia underscored his approach of treating employees as if they were celebrities and integral members of the company. He stated, “By consistently making them feel like celebrities, the media has now recognized and affirmed what we’ve believed all along.”

The CEO also acknowledged the company’s journey with its share of challenges. However, he recognises these dedicated employees for their unwavering support and contributions to the company’s advancement. He affectionately calls them “our stars.” While the cars were actually gifted a month ago, the story began to garner attention this month. Mr. Bhatia pointed out that the timing was coincidental and not specifically planned to coincide with Diwali.

On the other hand, the employees were pleasantly surprised by this generous gesture. Shilpa, a senior employee at MitsKart, shared her joy through a video. She says, “Eight years ago, when I joined, Sir had shared his dream of providing all his employees with a car. Today, he has transformed that dream into reality, and our happiness knows no bounds.” Undoubtedly, Mr. Bhatia has unintentionally sparked a Diwali celebration unlike any other through this Tata Punch gift. His gesture transforms his employees’ aspirations into a brilliant. It even creates an exceptionally memorable Festival of Lights!
