In recent times, there has been a notable upswing in the popularity of aftermarket car modifications. These establishments leverage advanced technology, inventive concepts, and genuine spare parts to craft customized versions of nearly any car, tailored to specific buyer preferences. However, it’s crucial to acknowledge that a significant proportion of car modifications in India do not align with legal regulations. Hence, it’s imperative to consider this aspect before proceeding with any customizations. A prudent step is to visit the local Regional Transport Office (RTO) for guidance on the planned modifications. If approved, these modifications can be officially documented on your Registration Certificate (RC), mitigating potential issues with authorities in the future.
