There are many videos created just to get social media attention and this looks like one such case.
In the latest bizarre video, there is a race between an Ola S1 Pro and a Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R. Now, both these two-wheelers belong to two completely different segments of the market. In fact, even their basic powertrains are different. On one hand, the Ola S1 Pro is an electric scooter which is among the most popular in the country. It offers exquisite performance and long range. On the other hand, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R is a sportsbike which is an icon in the litre-class motorcycle segment. Let us take a look at what happens when these two ride side-by-side on a busy road.

Ola S1 Pro vs Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R
This video clip comes from rider_boy_rk_ on Instagram. It captures a rather perilous and moronic act. An Ola S1 Pro rider is performing all sorts of stupid stunts on a busy road. He is even standing while riding and driving recklessly. On top of that, he is not even watching lanes despite there being so many vehicles in his surroundings. Also, he is not wearing a helmet, which is the most common rule that a lot of two-wheeler riders make. In fact, that could be the reason for critical injuries during an accident.

Thereafter, he spots a Kawasaki Ninja rider on the road. The latter is in his full riding gear. This S1 rider challenges him to a drag race on the busy road. They both, sort of, agree and start accelerating their vehicles. Interestingly, the electric scooter zooms ahead and zips past the traffic by manoeuvring recklessly. The bike rider is riding sensibly which is why he is not taking these risks. That could be the reason why he let the S1 rider ‘win’ this otherwise baseless race. In real terms, the electric scooter stands no chance against a bike in this class.

What We Think
We strongly condemn such careless behaviour on roads. We lose lakhs of lives each year in road crashes. The most common reasons include flouting traffic regulations and reckless driving. We are not sure if this instance is fake or real. Perhaps, the bike rider intentionally gave up due to the traffic conditions. Also, this could all be a setup just to create a viral reel to gather views and followers. After all, people often end up doing questionable and strange activities for social media attention. We urge our readers to never imitate such activities and report such miscreants to the authorities.
