Not the First Such Incident
A growing number of such incidents is not good for consumer trust. Several users have requested the company recall the scooters and replace the front swing arm. While others are asking Ola to replace the front suspension. There is even a petition on Change.org to resolve the issue by either improving the quality or changing the front suspension design. So far, Ola Electric has not made any announcement about any recall. It is to be noted that both Ola S1 and S1 Pro feature single-fork suspension at the front. On the other hand, the Ola S1 Air gets a regular telescopic front suspension setup.
