We don’t think there has ever been such a haphazard situation for a new car in the Indian automobile market. Mahindra XUV700 has witnessed some unprecedented demand.
There is one person who still hasn’t received a delivery date despite booking the Mahindra XUV700 on the very first day of launch. Mahindra has received over 70,000 bookings for the XUV700 within the first month of launch. The semiconductor supply shortage has caused a serious problem of delaying the deliveries of the SUV. Mahindra has hired a global consultancy company to manage the delivery process. However, there are still some people like the one we are about to mention, who are yet to get an exact delivery date of the XUV700 even though the booking was done on the first day of launch. Here are the details.

No Delivery Date After Booking XUV700 on First Day
These images show the booking confirmation page of the Mahindra XUV700 for the name of a certain Rajeev Sharma. The variant booked is the AX7 Luxury Package in petrol automatic version. As seen on the post on Facebook, he mentions that he was a part of the first 25,000 bookings that took place on the first day of launch. However, until now, there has been no sign of any development on the matter further. Rajeev has tried calling the dealership, Area Manager and customer care multiple times. However, he receives the same standard replies from everyone with no concrete solution. This is obviously causing a lot of frustration and disappointment to him. This is the first time he opted for a Mahindra product. But he regrets doing it and is looking for alternatives now. While we understand that Mahindra has a lot on its plate at the moment, it must ensure that the potential customers don’t suffer like this. We approached Mahindra to inquire on the customer’s behalf but have are yet to get any response.
