Nissan Qashqai vs Jeep Compass – Specs Comparison
The Qashqai comes powered by a 1.3-litre mild hybrid petrol (2WD and 4WD) and a 1.5-litre e-Power hybrid petrol (2WD) engine. The former develops 156 hp and 270 Nm, while the latter is good for 188 hp and 330 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. The mild hybrid comes with a 6-speed MT and an AT gearbox, whereas the strong hybrid comes with a sole Automatic transmission.

On the other hand, the Compass comes with a 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine making 163 hp and 250 Nm and a 2.0-litre diesel engine that churns out 170 hp and 350 Nm of peak power and torque. There are options of a 6-speed MT, a 7-speed DCT or a 9-speed AT gearbox. The top trims of the Compass come with 4×4 capabilities.

It has a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, a 10.8-inch Head-Up Display, electrically adjustable front seats with massage and heating functions, ADAS functions, Nissan Connect Navigation, virtual personal assistant, wireless smartphone connectivity, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, premium leather upholstery, glass roof and more.

The Jeep Compass features a floating 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an all-digital 10.2-inch instrument, a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, front ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, a power tailgate, cruise control and wireless smartphone charging. Additionally, there are eight-way power-adjustable seats on the front. The driver side gets a memory function.
