In collaboration with the ICC for the 2023 World Cup, Nissan has unveiled a unique edition of the Magnite known as the ‘Kuro’ edition
Nissan has extended its enduring partnership with the International Cricket Council (ICC) for the eighth consecutive year, securing its role as the official sponsor for the upcoming ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023. The Nissan Magnite has been designated as the official car for this ICC tournament, slated to take place in India from October 5 to November 19, 2023. To commemorate this World Cup collaboration, Nissan has introduced the special ‘Kuro’ edition of the Magnite.

Nissan Magnite Kuro to Tour Major Cities with ICC World Cup Trophy
In support of the tournament, Nissan will proudly feature the Magnite as its official car at the stadium. Additionally, the automaker will promote various activities, including a trophy tour across multiple cities in India featuring a 3D trophy. Cricket enthusiasts will have the opportunity to capture 360-degree images of the trophy. During the trophy tour, the special edition Magnite Kuro will also be on display, and customers can enter to win match tickets by taking selfies with the Magnite.
Magnite boasts many features, including an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, automatic air conditioning with rear vents, a wireless phone charger, an air purifier, JBL speakers, ambient lighting, and puddle lamps. In terms of safety, the Magnite comes equipped with a range of standard safety features, including electronic stability program (ESP), traction control system (TCS), hill start assist (HSA), and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). It also includes dual front airbags and a 360-degree camera as part of its safety package.

Nissan provides two engine options for the Magnite: a 1-litre naturally aspirated engine (72PS/96Nm) and a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine (100PS/up to 160Nm). Both engines come with a standard 5-speed manual transmission, with the turbo-petrol variant offering the option of a CVT The Nissan Magnite is priced in the range of Rs 6 lakh to Rs 11.02 lakh. It competes against formidable rivals such as the Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon Facelift, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, and Renault Kiger.
