The next-generation Honda Jazz will be revealed globally at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show 2019. India launch expected around late 2020 or early 2021.
We are all well aware of the fact that the next-generation Honda Jazz is in the making. The new iteration of this hatchback has already reached its road-testing phase. And hence, so far there have been a number of spy shots of the same under heavy camouflage, snapped in select European countries.
This fourth generation iteration of the Honda Jazz is going to make its global debut at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show this year. Going by the spy images, it becomes quite apparent that the new iteration of this premium hatchback is going to be completely different than its current iteration.
On the outside, it seems that the fourth-generation of the Honda Jazz takes its inspiration from the second generation iteration. The features are more rounded off. Up-front the car will get chunky headlamps, while the rear is going to get a wraparound unit.

On the inside, the dashboard features a completely new layout. It gets a minimalistic look, something which we have seen on some of the recent Honda cars. Though most of the details are still unknown, it seems that the new iteration of this car is going to get a floating touchscreen unit with circular dials for the air-con control module. These features are likely to be reciprocated on the next-generation iteration of the Honda City and the WR-V.

The new Honda Jazz will use an all-new platform. Going by the spy shots, it seems that it is going to measure under 4-meters in length. The engine specifications are likely to remain the same as before, at least if we talk about the Indian context. The petrol engine is going to be a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder unit. However, the same will be tuned to match the upcoming Bharat Stage VI emission regulations.
So far there is no official confirmation on as to when the next-generation Honda Jazz is going to launch in India. However, it is not going to happen before the end of next year or early 2021.
