The upcoming new Toyota Innova is rumoured to sport a plethora of changes making the entire proposition quite enticing.

It is sold in a ton of international markets, especially in the South East Asian markets where the Innova is called by different names. In India, we might have the next-gen Innova called the HyCross or Zenix. Nonetheless, it is the actual product that we are more concerned about.

Next-Gen Toyota Innova Zenix
These images have been rendered by andrafebriandesign on Instagram. One could clearly recognise the familiar silhouette of the Innova that we are used to seeing in our market for years now. However, there are a few distinct elements that inform that this is the next-gen version. This includes things like a sleek LED headlamp cluster, horizontal LED DRLs above the fog lamps, a sporty bumper, a back grille with a chrome strip, a familiar bonnet layout and more at the front.

On the sides, the stylish alloy wheels are definitely fresh and appealing, the door panels are devoid of any prominent creases apart from the one toward the rear section of the MPV, the side pillars are blacked-out, there are no roof rails, the wheel arches are quite prominent and the wrap-around taillamps are visible in the images. At the rear, the split-LED pattern accentuates the tail section, the bumper looks rugged while the tall-boy stance and the roof-mounted spoiler along with the shark fin antenna highlight the MPV character.

The 2023 Toyota Innova Hybrid is getting a new platform based on the brand’s new TNGA-C architecture. It is said to be a lighter monocoque setup that should enhance performance with higher fuel efficiency. In terms of dimensions, the upcoming car will be around 4.7 meters in length. Also, it will feature a 2,850 mm long wheelbase. It could be powered by the Toyota Hybrid System ll petrol engine with a front-wheel-drive layout.
