The image has been designed by lugnutz_and rockford_p and posted on Instagram. The front section of this iteration wears a slightly slimmer overall appearance with sleek projector headlamps and curvy LED DRLs around them, a blacked-out from grille with a hint of chrome embellishment, horizontal LED turn indicators and fog housing on the bumper and a sporty skid plate underneath eh bumper to spice up the front fascia. The side pillars are blacked out too with a chrome belt underneath and the fenders look much beefier than the current model.

The sides have characteristic creases that could appeal to a whole lot of people. The rear section is slightly distinguished compared to the existing model which makes the updated model being recognisable instantly. The roof-mounted spoiler and shark fin antenna make the rear sporty, the split-LED taillamps units have been tweaked, there is a ‘Hybrid’ badging at the rear, and the bumper and diffuser look adventurous. All in all, there are distinguishable elements on this version that might make it to our shores with the 2023 Toyota Innova Crysta.

Specs
The current-gen Toyota Innova Crysta is offered with 2.7-litre petrol and a 2.4-litre diesel mill. The former develops 166 PS and 245 Nm of peak torque, while the latter shreds out 150 PS of power and 360 Nm of torque. Transmission duties are done by a 5-speed MT or 6-speed automatic transmission. The Toyota Innova Crysta ranges between Rs 17.86 lakh and Rs 25.68 lakh, ex-showroom. The updated version might feature some sort of electrification to make the powertrain hybrid. That would invariably push the cost higher.
