In the latest instance, the next-gen Maruti Swift’s headlight has been showcased at an aftermarket accessories shop. Keep in mind that the Japan Mobility Show unveiled the 4th generation Swift a few months ago, providing the initial look at the successful hatchback. It is set to arrive in our market in the upcoming months, raising questions about the powertrain options we will receive. The Japanese model will feature the new Z Series 3-cylinder strong hybrid engine. However, uncertainties loom over whether this powertrain will be available for the Indian-spec model due to cost considerations. Nonetheless, the accessories for the new Swift are already in the market.

Next-Gen Maruti Swift’s Headlight
This post comes from accessoriesomcar on Instagram. It captures the shop owner flaunting the massive headlamp cluster of the upcoming Maruti Swift. He repeatedly mentions that the car is not out yet. Still, he has the original accessories. Moreover, he waited until the auspicious occasion of the Ram Mandir inauguration to reveal this headlight to the public. It looks quite sleek with an integrated LED DRL. The shape of this headlight is quite attractive, but very much in line with the model showcased at the Japan Mobility Show a few weeks ago. Now that the accessories are also appearing in the market, we can conclude that the launch is not too far away either.

Although official figures are not yet disclosed, the hybrid variant of this engine is expected to boast an impressive mileage of 35 km/l. The adoption of this engine in the Indian version of the Swift remains uncertain. Given India’s emphasis on fuel efficiency, the upcoming Swift appears to hold a competitive edge. Additionally, this new engine is anticipated to offer power figures within a comparable range, potentially with increased torque, ensuring an exhilarating and dynamic driving experience.
