A prominent digital artist has devised a rather attractive rendering of the next-gen Maruti Dzire. I keep coming across numerous virtual illustrations of popular cars on a daily basis. These artists have a knack for creating unique iterations of regular cars. Dzire is a household name in our market. It has been around since 2008 and is the most successful compact sedan in the country. It found application in private, as well as commercial spaces. We have spotted the next-gen Maruti Dzire undergoing road testing for a long time now. As the fourth-gen Swift is already on sale, we might see the launch of the new Dzire soon. Until then, let us amuse ourselves with a virtual avatar.
Next-Gen Maruti Dzire Rendering
This version appears on the cars24newcars handle on Instagram. The artist has successfully captured the essence of what the new Dzire could look like. Of course, the Swift is available to get some reference. But I feel this certainly has a presence of its own and doesn’t borrow too many elements with the new Swift. At the front, it gets a rather aggressive fascia with large projector headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, a colossal grille with chrome surround, and a chunky fog lamp housing with chrome frame. The slight creases on the bonnet lend it a rather muscular look.
On the sides, it gets an imposing appearance with subtle alloy wheels and beautifully designed door panels. There are black ORVMs with LED turn indicators and a solid layout. Unfortunately, the rear section of the Dzire is not showcased in this rendition. In any case, we see the wraparound taillamp which is what we can expect in the production-spec trim as well. All in all, this compact sedan makes for an impressive vehicle which we would love to see in the flesh soon.
Our View
I have reported innumerable digital renditions of our beloved car models in the past. I must admit this latest version looks quite close to production even though we don’t know what the original Dzire will look like. But I appreciate artists who don’t go overboard with their projects. Most virtual concepts are so flamboyant that we know they won’t ever make it to production. Sure, there is a certain charm to that too. But if given a choice, I would much rather prefer something like this Dzire over extravagant iterations. Let us wait to see what the original Dzire looks like in the coming months.
