Conclusion
As pick-up trucks are getting popular in the Indian market, the new Tata Yodha will compete with Toyota and Isuzu pickup trucks. Previously, only Tata Xenon and Mahindra Scorpio Getway were popular options in India. Overall. pick-up trucks are great vehicles but not ideal for Indian roads. There is clearly not much space on the roads for the huge cars. Additionally, there is ongoing trouble between RTO and the consumers regarding the registration of the Hilux in many states. Since the payload of the Hilux is quite high, authorities are pushing for the vehicle to be register as a commercial vehicle instead of a private one.
