Renault has launched the new Duster in India, which is basically a facelift. It gets some feature updates along with minor cosmetic upgrades.
Renault Duster now gets a facelift and the new version looks different from the earlier one. After Kwid, Duster is the best selling model from the manufacturer, as it has 2 more models in India.
Duster started the trend of compact SUVs in India. When launched back in 2014, it immediately became a great hit. The Duster was for buyers who wanted to have the SUV feel but desired a compact car just for 5 people.
Now, it competes with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Nissan Kicks and Nissan Terrano. Creta is the clear winner over here, clocking around 8000-9000 units monthly. The features on the new Duster are likely to improve its sales.
