Slated for launch on June 30, the visuals of the ZXI Plus top model of the new Maruti Brezza have been leaked.
The top model of the new Maruti Brezza has been showcased in a quick walkaround video we have here. The 2022 version of the popular compact SUV features distinctive exterior styling changes making it look a lot more modern and bold. Its arch-rival, the Hyundai Venue has recently been launched in a modern avatar and Maruti will need to ensure that the Brezza comes equipped with comfort features and design modifications that make it strong enough to challenge its competitors.

New Maruti Brezza Top Model
The visuals in the video capture a white-colored Brezza in what seems like the top model by simply looking at the diamond-cut alloy wheels and the sunroof. The front fascia of the new Maruti Brezza features a sleeker grille with a hint of chrome embellishment. Other highlights of the top-spec model seen here are LED headlamps, fog lamps, and a faux skid plate. The ORVMs are body-cloured and so are the door handles. The wheel arches are covered in black plastic. All these factors indicate that this would most likely be the ZXI Plus top variant of the compact SUV.

Inside this variant, some premium features are evident like the flat-bottom steering wheel with controls, part-digital instrument cluster, heads-up display (HUD), traction control, auto start/stop button, large free-standing touchscreen infotainment system with connected cat tech features, premium audio system, 360-degree surround-view camera, electric sunroof (first in a Maruti product), among other features.

Specs
The new Maruti Brezza will most likely feature the same engine as the recently launched Maruti Ertiga and XL6. This means that there will be an updated 1.5-litre K-Series Dualjet Dual-VVT petrol engine with Smart Hybrid technology. This engine makes 103 hp and 137 Nm of peak power and torque. The transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The prices of the current Brezza range from Rs 7.84 lakh to Rs 11.49 lakh, ex-showroom. The expected price range of the new Brezza is Rs 8-12 lakh, ex-showroom.
