Maruti Baleno RS Lowrider With Wide Body
The design has been conceptualised by Kenei_Luho_Designs and the results are quite fascinating. The RS version of the Baleno was a part of the niche hot-hatch segment in our market. RS means the performance variant of the regular version which is why the lowrider and wide body kit make a lot of sense for this rendering. While the headlamp, bumper and grille designs have been retained from the regular model, the changes under the bumper are significant. There is a large but low-slung splitter and a massive skid plate at the front for better aerodynamic efficiency. This body kit extends to the sides as well. The fenders come out of the body significantly completing the lowrider wide-body appearance. Just these changes enhance the performance a lot, especially with that peppy turbo petrol engine that was on sale for the last gen-Baleno RS.

The Baleno comes powered by a 1.2-litre K Series petrol engine that produces 88 hp and 113 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. Complementing this engine is the option of choosing between a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The prices of the new Baleno range between Rs 6.35 lakh and Rs 9.49 lakh, ex-showroom. With the new Baleno, Maruti has made significant changes to the engine, suspension system, steering and clutch to make it even more engaging to drive.
