New Mahindra Bolero to Look Like G-Wagon?
This latest video comes from Harsh VLOGS on YouTube. The host narrates his assumption about the new Bolero. In fact, he makes use of some design sketches to come up with a digital illustration of what the Bolero could look like. In this avatar, the boxy silhouette of the Bolero immediately reminds one of the iconic G-Wagon. However, we must mention that Bolero has always featured a boxy silhouette. In addition, the front profile will bear modern elements like new headlamps, bumper, grille, etc. Similarly, the side profile, alloy wheel design and the rear section could feature minor aesthetic alterations. However, we don’t think that there will be radical changes to the design. Hence, these renditions of the Bolero looking like the G-Wagon are merely fictional.

Mahindra SUVs
Mahindra has huge plans to launch electric SUVs starting next year. Apart from that, the current hot-selling SUVs are bound to get updates or generational versions. For instance, the XUV300 and XUV400 are next in line to arrive in a facelifted avatar pretty soon. Thereafter, the AX9L trim of the flagship XUV700 could also launch. The 5-door Thar is always spotting testing, which means that the launch is not too far away either. The only product left is the Bolero. In all honesty, the Bolero has been due for an upgrade for a while now. With the reports floating around on the internet, it is clear that it will happen soon.

Author’s Note
Mahindra is always quite practical with the Bolero. Since it caters to non-urban customers in most cases, practicality and affordability are at the top of the priority list for the carmaker. That is the reason why we don’t expect huge modifications to the exterior styling and the introduction of too much modern equipment. The purpose of this SUV is to be rugged, tough and utilitarian. We are certain that Mahindra will deliver on all these fronts. Let us keep an eye out for the latest developments in this space.
