New-Gen Hyundai Verna
In terms of design, the 2023 Hyundai Verna gets a futuristic look. You can see aerodynamic and sleek proportions with chiseled surfaces. The sharp design is based on Hyundai’s Global Design Identity of ‘Sensuous Sportiness’. On the front, it sports a large parametric grille, a split headlight, and an LED DRL setup. The long seamless LED DRL extends from one end to the other. The contemporary design is carried over to the rear. Overall, the new car is offering a seamless blend of innovative technology and a stylish look.
The 2023 Hyundai Verna will be launched on March 21st. As of now, there is no information about its price tag. Mr. Unsoo Kim (MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd) claims that the all-new Hyundai VERNA will define new aspirations and pave the way for futuristic experiences. Along with unique features, it will come with a powerful engine. The mid-size sedan is expected to be powered by a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine that will offer 260-265 Nm of peak torque and 160 PS of peak power. It might be paired with manual and DCT transmissions. This engine will be more powerful than the Volkswagen Virtus.

Honda City Facelift
Honda City is one of the most popular cars in India. There is a lot of anticipation for the new version. The company plans to officially launch the Honda City facelift on March 2. However, we already have an actual inside-out look at come of the details. In addition to all the color options of the current model, a new blue paint scheme will also be offered. The new car is likely to come with features like wireless charging and ventilated front seats. However, the interior seems to retain the current layout. The dual-tone black and beige theme for the upholstery is also the same.
On the outside, the new facelift looks very similar to the current generation. It gets the same all-LED headlamps. However, there are minor tweaks have been made to the front bumper. It features angular housing for fog lamps. The front grille also looks more angular and comes with a new honeycomb mesh design. The company has also added a new design for the alloy wheels. On the back, the next-gen Honda City gets a tweaked rear bumper with a new position for the reflectors and a diffuser in the middle.

The Honda City facelift will be available in two powertrain options. The 1.5-liter four-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine offers 121 PS of power and 145 Nm of torque. It is paired with both a 6-speed manual and CVT. On the other hand, the 1.5-liter petrol-hybrid powertrain outputs 126 PS of power and comes with an e-CVT transmission. The petrol-hybrid powertrain will also be available in lower-spec variants. Both options have been chosen to comply with the BS-VI Stage-2 emission norms. The new Honda City facelift is expected to be slightly pricier than the current version (Rs 11.87 lakh to Rs 15.62 lakh).
