Hyundai Tucson SUV has been unveiled for the Indian market and the official bookings commence for Rs 50,000. Tucson represents the zenith of what Hyundai has to offer in our market. Hyundai Tucson SUV – Exterior & Dimensions
On the outside, the design philosophy has been carried over from the international model. This includes a large dark chrome Parametric Grille at the front which neatly conceals the LED DRLs and cornering lamps, the LED headlights are positioned on the bumper, and the radiator grille has a curvaceous appearance with a sturdy skid plate at the centre for that tough look. On the sides, there are prominent characteristics creases on the door panels, 18-inch elegant alloy wheels, pronounced wheel arches with black cladding, and black side pillars with a partial chrome frame. At the rear, the connected LED taillamps with a 3D logo at the centre, rugged skid plate, roof-mounted spoiler and concealed wiper with washer complete the attractive look.

The new Hyundai Tucson comes with the option of a 2.0-litre NA petrol and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The former outputs 156 PS and 192 Nm, while the latter belts out 186 PS and 416 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. The petrol engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic, while the diesel engine comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Tucson offers HTRAC All-Wheel Drive to tackle any terrain.
