Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) announces the achievement of the 1 lakh booking milestone for the new Hyundai Creta. The mid-cycle facelift of the popular SUV has seen great demand, with an average of 1,111 orders being registered every day since the commencement of bookings 3 months ago.

2024 Hyundai Creta – Specs & Safety
While the second-gen Hyundai Creta was available with a 1.4-litre Turbo-petrol option, the facelif gets a best-in-segment 1.5-litre Turbo-petrol mill. This is in addition to the 1.5-litre petrol and diesel units that have been carried over from the pre-facelift model. The new turbo-petrol options, also available on the Verna, belts out a neat 160 PS/253 Nm. Meanwhile, the 1.5-litre NA petrol and diesel mills offer 115 PS / 144 Nm and 115 PS / 250 Nm. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual, IVT (CVT automatic), or a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission.

Upcoming Hyundai SUVs in India 2024
Hyundai Motor India will likely launch 2 new SUVs in the ongoing fiscal. These include a new version of the Alcazar. The facelift for the Creta-based 7-seater model will likely carry all the updates seen on the donor model. Also, the carmaker will even launch an electric version of the Creta. The e-Creta will share its mechanicals with the Kona Electric, and will become the carmaker’s most affordable EV yet.
