Currently, there are certain speculations going around that the Ertiga might get a new 1.5 Litre Petrol engine that produces 102 BHP. This might replace the existing 1.4 L Petrol engine. For diesel, it is most likely to continue with the 1.3 Litre Multijet engine. The current Ertiga uses a four-speed torque converter automatic gearbox, which might be carried forward.
