Ford Endeavour was among the most loved SUVs in its segment in the Indian market. That is the reason why the India SUV enthusiasts are watching the new Everest closely. There might be a possibility of it making it to our shores via the CBU route if Ford ever thinks that it could make a solid business case here. The presenter has got his hands on the mid-spec version. The front end is grand with a massive chrome-finished grille, C-shaped LED DRLs, matrix LED headlamps (in the top spec), sturdy bumper with skid plate, large fog lamp housing, stylish alloy wheels, massive side steps for easy ingress and egress along with protection during off-road adventures, functional roof rails, chrome door handles, chrome belt underlining the window line, large wheelbase which becomes evident once you move to the sides. At the rear, the boot lid wears the Everest lettering on the panel connecting the LED taillamps wrapped around to the side. The overall design is modern and sophisticated befitting a premium SUV.
Interiors and Features
While the presenter couldn’t show the interior of the SUV, the official Ford website has revealed a lot of features that this SUV comes with. The features list is rather lengthy with things like a massive 12.3-inch Digital Instrument Cluster (for higher trims), a huge 12-inch Portrait-style Infotainment System with Ford’s latest SYNC 4A operating system and connected car tech, 360-degree Camera, Active Parking Assist 2.0 with automatic parking function, Drive Modes for varying gearshifts, ABS, Traction Control, Calibration, Throttle Response, Heavy Load Towing Capabilities, 800 mm Water Wading Capacity, Wireless Smartphone Connectivity, a massive Moonroof, Powered Tailgate, Ambient lighting, and much more.

Specs
The powertrain options include a 3.0-litre V6 turbo diesel, a 2.0-litre turbo diesel and a 2.3-litre EcoBoost petrol, depending on which international market is receiving this model.
