Tata Motors is going to launch the facelifts for Tigor, Tiago and Nexon with their BS-6 upgrades. Ahead of its expected launch at 2020 Auto Expo, we have exclusive spy shots of the new Tata Tigor Facelift, spied under camouflage.
From the front, the new Tata Tigor gets some minor differences. There’s newly designed front grille along with new headlamps as well. The front portion will now look similar to the Altroz, which follows Tata’s new design language. The bumpers also seem to be a bit sharper.
The Tigor Facelift will mostly get BS-6 engines, new features and mild cosmetic upgrades. At the back, a new tail lamp design might also come. The alloy wheels will remain the same as they were recently introduced.

The BS-6 Tigor will continue with the same 1.2 Litre three-cylinder petrol engine, but will miss out on its diesel engine. Tata Motors has decided to discontinue the 1.05 Litre Revotorq diesel engine, owing to its high development costs.
The 1.2 Litre Revotron petrol engine is capable of producing 86 BHP and 113 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed AMT and a 5-speed manual gearbox. On the other hand, the Tigor JTP gets a 1.2 Litre turbo-petrol engine, producing 115 BHP.
New highlights onboard could include a digital instrument console like Altroz, fresh treatment to the interiors, new upholstery and probably, a floating touchscreen infotainment system like the Nexon and Altroz.
