The Nissan Terrano has finally received a facelift! The 2017 facelift follows the AMT automatic model, which was launched in the last quarter of 2016. This is the first time that the Terrano has been facelifted in India. It may be noted that the Renault Duster, on which the Terrano is based, received a pretty comprehensive makeover early last year. The manufacturer says the 2017 Nissan Terrano facelift comes with as many as 22 new features. These include some significant additions like a 7-inch touchscreen and cruise controls.

The Nissan Terrano 2017 facelift gets a Petrol and two Diesel engine options. The Petrol unit is a fairly potent 104 PS 1.6 L engine that comes mated to a 5-speed Manual Transmission. For the Diesel Terrano, Nissan uses the popular Renault K9K 1.5 L Diesel engine that’s available in two power outputs – 85 PS and 110 PS. While the less powerful model gets a 5-speed Manual Transmission, the 110 PS model comes with a 6-speed Manual and a 6-Speed Easy-R AMT.
