New 2016 Skoda Rapid vs Honda City- Specifications Comparison
The facelifted Rapid gets the same engines as the earlier model. Both the engines here offer a good mixture of mileage and performance. The Diesel engine has also got a bit better due to a re-map. On top of it all, the DSG transmissions work really well. The new City also gets the same 1.5-litre Petrol and Diesel engines as before. While the Diesel engine of the City matches the Rapid’s motor in terms of displacement, it does feel almost crude in comparison. Also, it delivers a much lower torque of 200 Nm. However, where the City scores over the Rapid is the fuel mileage. The City Diesel is among the most fuel efficient sedans in India.
