In these times of rising cases of coronavirus, it is getting difficult for the poor and needy to prevent themselves. If they get it, they sometimes do not get timely support which leads to them getting more serious or literally dying. One man in Mumbai heard such a story of a woman who could not be saved in time and decided to help others.

He had a VIP number plate with the numbers – 007 – and also a high end music system. We are not sure for how much the car was sold but it got it 250 cylinders with that money. From 5th June, he has given these oxygen cylinders to more than 250 families and will continue to do so. What a noble deed.
In the start of lockdown, he started using his Ford Endeavour as a free ambulance. In an interview, he said that many people could not arrange for transport of their own. If arranged, it would be a very tedious process. So, he used to ferry many people in his Endeavour to the nearest hospital.
Recently, Shahnawaz’s business partner’s sister died due to COVID-19 while she was also pregnant. She was turned down by 5 hospitals and succumbed in the rickshaw itself due to breathing issues. This led him to take this noble step and since then, he has been providing help to any person who he finds is in need.
