Many users have pointed out that his co-passenger is not wearing a seat belt and police should take action.

The caption mentions that the video is from Ranchi. “MS Dhoni enjoying the time at Ranchi. – Video of the day,” the user mentioned in the caption. You can see that the person in the co-passenger seat is making the video as both wave to the camera. However, he is not wearing a seat belt.
Many viewers are not happy with the negligent behaviour. Several users commented that MD Dhoni should have ensured that his co-passenger was following safety precautions. Some netizens are also demanding Ranchi police to take action against the famous cricketer. As not wearing a seat belt is a legal offence, netizens are asking authorities to take legal action. As of now, details of the co-passenger are not known yet. His relation to MS Dhoni is not clear.
