- Honda CR-V – The CR-V tops the list of the most stolen vehicles. The models that are the most affected are from 2016 to 2021. It remains at the top for the second year in a row. Interestingly, out of 236,555 total insured CR-Vs, 4,117 were stolen. This amounts to around 1.7%.
- Lexus RX Series – Next on the list are the 2016 to 2021 models of the Lexus RX series. The SUV is quite popular among car lifters. As many as 2,202 of these SUVs were stolen in 2021. Shockingly, out of 34,560 RXs on the road, over 6.4% are stolen.

- Ford F-150 – Needless to say, the most popular pickup truck in North America also features on this list. In 2021, 1,182 F-150s were reported stolen in Canada which constitute around 0.4% of the total insured F-150 trucks. Being so practical and popular, these trucks remain in high demand in the used car market.
- Honda Civic – Civic is an iconic sedan from the Japanese carmaker for decades now. Hence, even this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that it features on this list. In the year 2021, 768 Civics were stolen comprising 2016 to 2021 models. This amounts to around 0.3% of the total insured Civic sedans in Canada.

- Toyota Highlander – Next on this undesirable list is the Toyota Highlander SUV. The models in question are from 2013 to 2019. The total number of Highlander SUVs that were stolen last year is 748. This is around 1.2% of the total insured Highlanders.
Apart from these, the list includes products like the RAM 1500, Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra, Honda Accord, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Toyota RAV4.
