Money Extortion Mafia Caught On Camera In Bihar
The video has been recorded on the dashcam of the driver. He is heard mentioning that he has travelled across states and was never asked to pay such ridiculous tax. The car owner came from Karnataka and is headed to Assam. When he asks what this was for, the man says that this is for Bihar transport and he has to pay Rs 600 for 2 months. The car owner then asks for the ID of the person to which he agrees at first. He was also not wearing any uniform to indicate that he is working for the authorities. Getting suspicious, the car owner asks for receipt of the payment and ID proof of the miscreant.
Finally, the guy shows some shady ID proof and the car owner decided to take a photo of the ID to confirm the credentials of this man. However, the guy snapped and took his ID back and asked the car owner to not take the photo. He must be worried about getting caught. Also, the receipt that was handed over to the car owner was not authentic and was only Rs 400. When the car owner told him that he would verify the authenticity of this ID, the guy took back the receipt and asked the driver to move on without charging anything. This confirmed all the suspicions that the driver had.
