Regulars here would remember we recently reported about a very tastefully modified Maruti Suzuki Baleno that features some eye-catching bits like scissor doors and a red-black interior that color matches with the exterior. However, here, in this post, we have another modified Baleno that is not even half as loud, but goes on to show how some basic modifications can go a long way in enhancing the visual appeal of this popular hatchback. The modified Baleno Delta variant you see here belongs to our friend, Aswin Saseedharan, from Kerala.

As you can see, the car here doesn’t sport any loud paint job or a big cosmetic makeover to grab attention. However, enough has been done to make it look nothing like your regular Baleno. Upfront, the car gets a black bumper splitter to impart a sporty look to the front-end. Furthermore, the car gets a pair of foglamps and wire-mesh treatment for the airdam. Also, all the chrome has been replaced with matte black to further enhance the visual appeal of this car. Based on the Delta trim, this modified Maruti Suzuki Baleno comes with halogen headlamps. However, we believe the stock projector units with LED DRLs would have made the car look even sweeter.

The car remains almost unchanged in its side profile. The only visible modifications here are black-painted ORVM caps and aftermarket 17-inch Concave 9J rims.

At the rear, the car gets a black roof spoiler, a RS badge and DRLs to replace the standard bumper reflectors. Rounding off the updates are the smoked taillamps.
On the inside, this modified Baleno gets some changes to its upholstery and a couple of new features, such as indicator display on the ORVM.
Overall, we feel, this modified Maruti Suzuki Baleno manages to attract without being too loud or garish. Shout-out to Aswin for sharing pictures of his Baleno with us.
