In a latest development, singer Mika Singh gifts his childhood friend, Kanwajeet Singh a Mercedes GLE 250D. Mika is an established singer in the country for a long time now. He makes all kinds of music but his prime focus is on creating songs on which people can dance. Hence, party music is what brought him immense fame. He was last seen on the reality TV show, Swayamvar – Mika Di Vohti last year. Akanksha Puri won that show but the two have not gotten married ever since but remain friends. Mika was quoted saying, “we always buy everything for us, but never think about people who work hard for you, my friend deserves lots happiness:).” This showcases his appreciation for the people around him that keep him grounded despite the mad success that he has witnessed.

Posting this photo on Instagram, Kanwaljeet said, “It’s been 30 years that we are together. He is not just my friend or boss, but beyond any relationship we are brothers for life. Thank you Pahji for gifting me my fvrt car 🚗, its absolutely wonderful. You have the biggest heart and I will always cherish this gift of yours. Means the world 🌎.” The two clearly have a strong relationship which makes such gestures natural and sweet.

While an overwhelming majority of the comments were positive appreciating the gesture by the singer, there were some people who thought that this was just a publicity stunt or a tax-saving measure. Also, people were quick to point out that this is a used car. Looking at the number plate and doing some digging, we were able to find out that this vehicle was purchased in 2016 and is the GLE 250D model. Hence, it is clear that this is a second-hand luxury SUV. But that doesn’t take anything away from the fact that Mika was able to do this for his friend.
